Dioriga Gas S.A. has been working towards the development of suitable commercial conditions for access to the terminal, including:
- Rules for the allocation of Slots and other Capacity Allocation
Finalisation of design on long term products and procedures is expected following the EoI Phase of the Market Test, considering also input from interested parties. The following have been considered to date:
- Annual scheduling i.e. annual capacity reservation rules and slot reservation rules.
- Scheduling of spot cargoes
- Type of bundled services on offer (as a function of days of storage, allowed delivery window, minimum regasification rates) and years
- Type and characteristics of unbundled services
Further information on the considered Slot and Capacity Allocation and proposed Products to be offered by Dioriga Gas S.A. on a later phase
- High level principles for the standard Terminal Usage Agreements (TUA) and Terminal & Inter-Customer Agreements (TICA).
This activity includes the commercial design of a number of standard commercial Agreements to be concluded between Dioriga and its customers, also with a view to offer products well fit to their needs and requirements. Once again following the Market Test, these agreements shall be further refined.
- Rules governing unused capacity, including how such capacity will be offered to the secondary market, and applicable procedures for surrendering capacity.
- Rules governing regasification capacity, storage and inventory capacity swaps.
- Rules for nominating regasification capacity and send-out nomination and settlement rules.
- Other services e.g. LNG bunkering services, maritime services (vessel approval procedure, regulation & services).
