Dioriga Gas on Friday July 16th 2021 submitted an Application for Exemption from the
provisions of Articles 32, 33 and 41 (6), (8) and (10) of the European Directive 2009/73 / EC,
in accordance with the provisions of Article 36 of the same Directive.

Simultaneously, Dioriga Gas has submitted to RAE the Guidelines regarding the management
and capacity allocation of Terminal regasification in order to perform a Market Test, in
accordance with the provisions of Article 36 (6) of Directive 2009/73 / EC.
